Bank Mandiri Will Distribute Dividends Of IDR 16.82 Trillion, Stock Investors Who Want To Get Allotments Must Record The Following Important Dates!

JAKARTA - PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk has ensured that the dividend value for shareholders is IDR 16.82 trillion. This amount is equivalent to IDR 360.64 per share.

The dividend value is in accordance with the results of Bank Mandiri's annual general meeting of shareholders (AGMS) which took place on March 10.

Of that amount, Bank Mandiri decided to deposit a dividend of IDR 8.75 trillion to the state treasury as compensation for the government's share ownership in performance throughout 2021.

As is known, the government through the Ministry of SOEs controls the company thanks to its 52 percent stake.

That way, there is still around Rp8.07 trillion remaining which is the share for other shareholders.

To that end, Bank Mandiri reminded several important dates so that stock investors could get the dividend. Here's the list:

- Date of cum dividend in the regular market and negotiated market, March 18, 2022

- Date of ex-dividend in the regular market and negotiating market, March 19, 2022

- Date of cum dividend in the cash market, March 22, 2022

- Date of ex-dividend in the cash market, March 23, 2022

- List of shareholders entitled to cash dividends, March 22, 2022, at 16:00 p.m.

- Dividend payment date, April 6, 2022
