The Boss Of Terra Drone Indonesia Was Examined By The Post-Fire Police Who Killed 22 Employees

The Central Jakarta Metro Police Satreskrim added that the examination of witnesses related to the deadly fire that occurred in Terra Drone Indonesia, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.

"Today we will add 3 witnesses that we will examine, one of which is the owner of the company," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Central Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Roby Heri Saputra to reporters at the location.

The police also confirmed that the owner of the drone's service and warehouse business premises was an Indonesian citizen.

"The initials are MWW, the Indonesian (owner)," he said.

Previously, investigators had examined 7 witnesses consisting of 6 employees and 1 local resident.

Currently, 10 witnesses have been examined. In addition, the police are still continuing to process the follow-up crime scene at the Terra Drone Indonesia shop after the fire.

"We are still looking for and collecting evidence and clarifying the criminal acts in this incident. (TKP) Still, later we with identification will look for data again, especially goods that are easy or at risk of burning and how many are at the scene," he said.

If a criminal act is found, the police will ensnare the perpetrators under Articles 187, 188 and 359 of the Criminal Code.

"Regarding intentional, or negligence caused fires and other disasters that caused people to die. The threat is variations from 5 to 12 years in prison," he said.
