Dozens Of Israeli Settlements Attack City In West Bank, 3 Palestinians Killed

JAKARTA - Dozens of Israeli settlers attacked the Palestinian city of the West Bank on Wednesday, which ended in the deaths of three Palestinians by Israeli forces.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health said three Palestinians were killed and seven others injured in violence in Kafr Malik, northeast of Ramallah.

Reported by Reuters on Wednesday, June 26, the Israeli military said dozens of Israelis burned property and military forces. Police were sent to the scene after receiving reports of violence, including throwing stones at each other.

But Israeli military versions, some Palestinians opened fire and threw stones at the troops, which were then rewarded with gunfire.

Five suspects were arrested. It was also reported that an Israeli military officer was slightly injured.

Video footage shows two cars set on fire. Reuters was unable to independently verify the video.

Palestinian Vice President Hussein al-Sheikh posted on X: "The Israeli government, with its behavior and decision, prompted the region to explode. We call on the international community to intervene immediately to protect our Palestinian people," he said. Earlier on Wednesday a Palestinian boy was shot dead by Israeli soldiers during the raid on Al-Yamun, the western bank city of Jenin, the Palestinian Red Crescent said.
