Polda Metro Unloads Practices Of 'Ria Beauty' Abal-Abal Beauty Clinic

JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya revealed the case of the fake beauty clinic 'Ria Beauty'. The clinic owner, Ria Agustina, was named a suspect.

The clinic is said to be fake because Ria Agustina and her workers who are also suspects are not set as health workers.

"The suspect RA and suspect DN are neither medical nor health workers," said Director of General Criminal Investigation of the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Wira Satya Triputra, to reporters, Friday, December 6.

In addition, the tools or drugs used by the suspect for treatment of the pasin do not have a distribution permit. In fact, some are not registered.

"Based on the results of the examination, that the roller derma device has a distribution permit and an anesthesi cream and serum is not registered with BPOM," he said.

"The suspect is not a medical worker who deliberately takes advantage by opening a service to remove the bounce on the face by rubbed using a Roller GTS tool that does not yet have a distribution permit so that the skin tissue becomes injured and given a serum that does not meet security standards," continued Wira.

Wira said the arrest of Subdir Renakta who received information about the suspect's beauty clinic practice was not streril.

The information was followed up until it was discovered that the suspect opened a practice at a hotel.

"After a series of investigations, the team managed to arrest RA," he said.

During the arrest, the suspect was treating 7 patients, the majority of whom were women.

"The suspect was assisted by suspect DN who was treating the roller derma against 6 women and a man," said Wira.
