In Semarang, CSAP Inaugurates The 41st Mitra10 Owned By A Company Who Is Targeting To Have 50 Outlets By 2023
JAKARTA - PT Catur Sentosa Adiprana Tbk (CSAP), a distribution company for building materials, chemicals, and consumer goods/FMCG, as well as the owner of the Mitra10 retail outlet network and Atria home furnishings, inaugurated the 41st Mitra10 in Semarang, Central Java.
This superstore occupies an area of 20.000 m2 with a building area of 9.000 m2 including a store area of 4.500 m2, a warehouse area of 3.600 m2, and a large parking area. This modern retail absorbs 110 workers who are residents of Semarang and its surroundings.
The opening of the 41st outlet was also attended by Sih Rianung, Head of the Semarang DPU Service who represented the Mayor of Semarang. The presence of Mitra10 in Semarang which is managed by a subsidiary of CSAP, namely PT Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa (CMSS), whose shares are owned by CSAP as much as 99.90 percent, has also received appreciation from the Mayor of Semarang for providing positive sentiment to the city's economy.
"The presence of Mitra10 in Semarang can spur the wheels of the economy in the city of Semarang to grow faster in line with the improvement in handling COVID-19 and the distribution of vaccination programs in Indonesia," said Mayor of Semarang Hendrar Prihadi, represented by the Head of the DPU Service, in a written statement, Thursday 14 October.
The city of Semarang as the center of government and regional economy in Central Java is the fifth largest metropolitan city after Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, and Bandung. Even during the Dutch East Indies era, it was known as one of the three port centers (Jakarta, Surabaya, and Semarang).
The growth potential of the city of Semarang, especially the property sector, is considered very potential by CSAP. This can be seen from the inclusion of several leading national developers in Semarang, moreover, the location of the store is in the middle of the Kedungsepur metropolitan area (Kendal, Demak, Unggaran, Salatiga, Semarang, and Purwodadi).
