One By One Cadre Resigns, What's Up With The Ummat Party?

JAKARTA - One by one the cadres of the Ummat Party declared their resignation. After Agung Mozin, the elite of the Ummat Neno Warisman Party also resigned from the party created by Amien Rais. According to information, Neno wants to focus on accompanying his son who is in Turkey.

 

"During these two weeks in Istanbul, I kept contemplating my existence as an inactive member. I reflected on my untested capacities and capabilities so after thinking about all this. I made sure that my presence in the Ummat party as a member of the Majlis Shura was noble, can be replaced and filled by figures who are more capable and have more capacity and integrity", said Neno in his written statement, Saturday, October 2.

After that, the resignation of Neno Warisman is now starting to follow one by one the cadres of the Ummat Party who resigned.

 

On Monday, October 4, Chairman of the Regional Leadership Council of the Cirebon City Ummah Party, Diyanto, sent an official letter of resignation from the party led by Ridho Rahmadi. Continued, the General Secretary of Regional Leadership Council of the Depok City Ummah Party, Uwoh Pramijaya.

 

Today, Tuesday, October 5, a letter of resignation came from Deputy Chairperson of the Regional Leadership Council of the Depok City Ummah Party, Syahrial Chan. His dismissal as a cadre was due to the dynamics that occurred in the Regional Leadership Council, Central Executive Board, Regional Executive Board.

 

Former Vice-Chancellor of the Great Ummat Party, Mozin, said that the resignation of the cadres is expected to continue to follow in several provinces and hundreds of regencies/cities throughout Indonesia.

 

Regarding the increasing number of cadres who have resigned, Agung did not comment further on the Ummat Party in 2024.
