Reports About UFOs Released By The Pentagon, The Existence Of Aliens Is Still A Question Mark

JAKARTA - The United States Department of Defense (US) or the Pentagon recently issued a research report on the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP), or commonly known as the Unidentified Flying Object (UFO).

Although it contains some very limited information, this report on UAP was released from the results of a research task force that was recently formed by the Pentagon, specifically tasked with examining UAP through the lenses of US national security cameras.

It is known, STEAM and UFOs are the same things. The use of the term object in UFO will limit the examination of the unknown. So, the Pentagon prefers to use the term Phenomena in UAP, which can make it possible to examine situations or events that are happening, not just objects.

Compiled from The Verge, Monday, June 28, apparently, the Pentagon is still keeping secrets regarding UAP for national security reasons, because this report does not contain information about clearly identifying the unknown object. Out of a total of 144 reported events, the task force for UAP only confirmed one event by clearly identifying the object.

They said there was an unidentified flying object, and it was identified as a large deflated balloon. The task force for UAP also focuses on examining reports from military pilots made between 2004 and 2021, most of which are from the last two years.

From the results of the inspection, they reported that there were 18 incidents that displayed unusual flight patterns from UAP. The report also contains information about 11 incidents of pilots that nearly collided with UAP.

In fact, there are four videos, three of which were released through the Freedom of Information Act by the Navy in 2020 after being leaked in 2007 and 2017, and later approved by the Pentagon in 2019. Three declassified black and white videos titled FLIR, GOFAST, and GIMBAL.

Captured by instrument cameras aboard a Navy fighter in 2004, 2014, and 2015, they appear to show tiny pill-shaped objects streaking through the air. One of them appears to be spinning in mid-flight.

Two videos show the objects speeding over ocean waters, accompanied by a comment from the pilot, "Look at that, man!" one of the pilots shouted. "It's spinning", said another pilot. "There's their entire fleet. They're all going against the wind".

Furthermore, the UAP inspection and reporting program by the US security forces has created a cycle that is able to push back information on the UFO issue. Information regarding the existence of the UAP inspection and reporting program has actually existed since 2017.

It was first issued by The New York Times and Politico, which confirmed the existence of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), a top-secret Pentagon project that began in 2007.

The project was carried out to investigate an unknown phenomenon and ended in 2012. The project was officially established under the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and then transferred to the headquarters of the Department of Defense.

While AATIP is now not working. In June 2020, the Senate Intelligence Committee confirmed the existence of the UAP Task Force, which works within the Office of Naval Intelligence. The Pentagon announced the task force several months later.
