Leading in SMRC Survey, Pramono Pursues 1st Round of Jakarta Regional Head Election
JAKARTA - Jakarta gubernatorial candidate number 3, Pramono Anung, is targeting to win the 2024 Regional Head Election (Pilkada) with Rano Karno with an electability of over 50 percent, or in just one round.
This is in response to the results of the SMRC survey which stated that the electability of the candidate pair (paslon) supported by PDIP is superior to other candidates.
According to Pramono, if residents who have not yet decided or undecided voters will vote on polling day, he is optimistic that he can win in one round.
"I'm in 46, undecided voters 9.8. If the undecided are divided into two, that's actually enough, the most important thing is that it's over 50 (percent). Because Jakarta has to be over 50 (percent). Of course, I will pursue that, so that the work is not too hard anymore," Pramono told reporters, Wednesday, November 13.
Although his electability is currently the highest in the SMRC survey, Pramono admitted that he will go through the remaining less than two weeks of the 2024 Pilkada campaign period with the same intensity as before.
"I will continue to socialize as usual because there are less than 15-16 days and our last campaign is on the 23rd. Of course, we will take full advantage of the momentum until the 23rd," said Pramono.

"The difference in support between the Pramono-Rano pair and the RK-Suswono pair in the last survey was around 6.9 percent, twice the margin of error," said Deni in his survey presentation.
