KPK Confiscates Documents Related To Procurement Of Presidential Social Assistance From 2 Witnesses
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) confiscated evidence related to the alleged corruption in the provision of social assistance (bansos) provided by the President during the COVID-19 pandemic in Jabodetabek in 2020. Documents related to the procurement were confiscated from two witnesses who were private parties.
"(It was carried out, red) confiscation of documents related to the specifications of social assistance goods in the procurement, including the purchase price from suppliers and the selling price to the Ministry of Social Affairs," said KPK Spokesperson Tessa Mahardika to reporters, Friday, November 8.
Tessa said the two witnesses examined had the initials TM and SK. "The examination was carried out at the KPK's Red and White Building," said the spokesman with the investigator's background.
Meanwhile, based on the information obtained, they are Teddy Munawar as Director of PT Anomali Lumbung Artha and Steven Kusuma who is the Director of PT Inkubisc. The two were worked on by investigators on Thursday, November 7.

As previously reported, the KPK is investigating allegations of corruption in the procurement of presidential social assistance during the COVID-19 pandemic which was distributed in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jabodetabek) in 2020. There are already suspects named, namely Ivo Wongkaren who is the President Director of Mitra Energi Persada.
The actions of the suspect in this case, called the anti-corruption commission, made the state lose up to Rp250 billion. This figure can still increase because the calculation is still being carried out.
The procurement that was corrupted was called the KPK reaching 6 million packages. This figure is divided into three stages, namely, stages three, five, and six, the other reaching two million packages.
