"Dear Mr. President, dear friend, please my warmest congratulations on the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China," Putin said in a message released on the Kremlin website, quoted from Tass.

He hopes that at the moment of the RRC's 75th Anniversary commemoration, Xi will be given health.

Putin also hopes for prosperity for people in many regions that are included in the RRC country.
