Pope Francis Arrives At The Cathedral Church To Meet Bishops, Imams, SEminaris To Katekis
JAKARTA - Pope Francis visited the Cathedral Church of Santa Maria and was appointed to Heaven, Jakarta today, Wednesday, September 4. The leader of the Catholic Church will meet with bishops, priests, nurses, witnesses, seminarists and preachers.
From field observations, Pope Francis arrived at the Cathedral Church at around 16.35 WIB. The Vatican head of state had one by one the children and teenagers who played angklung with a smile.
The enthusiasm of the residents was also heard from residents waiting in front of the church. 'Viva Il' Papa,' they shouted at Pope Francis.
Meanwhile, Father Reynaldo Antony, who is the Committee Media, said Pope Francis would not hold a mass at the Cathedral Church. "Inside, the Pope will meet the nurses, priests, bishops, scholars, all the laymen, the servants of the Catholic church," he said.
"A total of about 1,200 people were present," said Father Reynaldo Antony. "Not only in the church but at Plaza Maria, the right side of the left wing is also full. In Goa Maria it's also full," he said.
