JAKARTA - National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo inspects the Tribrata Jaya 2024 Ops Post at Gelora Bung Karno (GBK), Jakarta. The goal is to ensure that the security of the Grand Mass led by Pope Francis goes according to procedures.

It is known, in securing these activities, the National Police held a Tribrata Jaya 2024 Central Police Operation. Around 4,730 personnel were divided into 8 Task Forces deployed.

"I carried out a review of the Tribrata Jaya 2024 Ops Command Post in order to secure Pope Francis' visit and the 2024 International Sustainability Forum (ISF) activities which will be held on September 3-6, 2024 in DKI Jakarta Province," said Sigit in his official Instagram account, Wednesday, September 4.

Pope Francis' mass will be held Thursday, September 5, 2024, at around 17.00 WIB.

During the review, the National Police Chief emphasized all his staff to increase awareness of potential security disturbances.

"I emphasize to all personnel to remain vigilant with the potential for disturbances in Kamtibmas that may occur, so that the entire series of activities can run smoothly," said Sigit.

However, due to the capacity of the GBK Main Stadiun which can only accommodate as many as 60 thousand congregations, the rest will be placed at the Madya Stadium.
