Coffee Shop In South Jakarta Burns, Losses Reaches IDR 700 Million

The shophouse that was used as a coffee shop on Jalan Poltangan Raya, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta caught fire. South Jakarta Gulkarmat Piket Officer Paryo said his party received a report on Friday, July 26, at 13.08 WIB.

"It's true that there was a coffee Atatu shophouse. The loss reached Rp700 million," said Paryo when confirmed, Friday, July 26.

Paryo explained that the incident began when the coffee shop employee started the stove. Then, the witness left the scene where the fire broke out and eventually spread to other areas.

"The cause of the fire is thought to be from the stove," he said.

Based on this information, 9 South Jakarta firefighters and 35 personnel were deployed. As a result, the fire was extinguished for less than two hours.

"At 13.18 WIB, the blackout started. At 14:40 WIB it was declared over," he said.

Paryo ensured that there were no casualties in the incident. However, the loss reached Rp700 million.
