Recorded By CCTV, A Big Man With A Warkop Guard Palak In Makassar, East Jakarta

JAKARTA - A fat man without footwear was caught on CCTV cameras committing burglary at a coffee shop (Warkop) on Jalan Pinang Ranti 2, Makasar District, East Jakarta.

The perpetrator came alone using a motorbike. After arriving in front of the warkop, the perpetrator then entered the coffee shop while asking the warkop guard for money on the grounds of borrowing.

Although the perpetrator did not carry a sharp weapon, the perpetrator had threatened the owner of the warkop to immediately give the money he asked for. The incident was also caught on CCTV cameras.

Not satisfied with being given Rp50 thousand rupiah, the perpetrator again asked the victim for up to Rp175,000.

According to Adhari, the friend of the coffee shop guard victim, the perpetrator did not only once come to the coffee shop to ask for money.

"It's been three times, the total is up to Rp600 thousand," he told reporters, Tuesday, July 23.

As a result of the perpetrator's actions, the owner and coffee shop keeper felt restless because the action had been repeated and worried that the perpetrator was equipped with a sharp weapon.

"The police have visited the crime scene to ask for information," he said.

The warkop guard hopes that the Makassar Police will immediately arrest the perpetrators of the burglary because their actions are very disturbing. Currently the case is being handled by the Makassar Police.
