East Jakarta City Government Will Take Firm Action Against Students Perpetrators Of Brawl: Revocation Of KJP And Supervision From Satpol PP

JAKARTA - In overcoming the problem of brawls in the East Jakarta area, the East Jakarta City Government will impose strict sanctions for residents involved in brawls in the East Jakarta area.

The witness was in the form of revocation of the Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) for students and social assistance (bansos) for residents who took part in the brawl.

"Strict sanctions will be given the revocation of the KJP (Jakartu Jakarta Pintar), the elimination of social assistance to the revocation of the NIK (Population Identification Number). So, let's synergize at 22.00 WIB, the children will make sure they are already inside the house," said Head of East Jakarta City Satpol PP, Budhy Novian when confirmed, Friday, July 19.

In anticipation of assistance, the East Jakarta Satpol PP also deployed hundreds of personnel in an effort to create a safe and comfortable environment from brawls.

"Every day we prepare 260 personnel who are deployed in 10 sub-districts. They are also assisted by members who come to work every day," he said.

Budhy asked RT and RW administrators to increase their vigilance. Including, parents must also take care of their children so they don't leave the house at night.

"Don't let their crimes or even citizens or children get involved," he said.

He also asked the public to increase Siskamling in their area to maintain a conducive environment.

"We are equally responsible," he said.

As is known that in the past week, three cases of brawls occurred in the East Jakarta area. The brawls in three different locations have also claimed three lives in different locations, namely Cipayung, Ciracas and Cakung.

Brawls also often occur on Jalan Basuki Rahmat (Bassura), Jatinegara. In Klender Village and Cipinang Village (Pulogadung) on Jalan I Gusti Ngurah Rai which caused a police officer to be injured.
