Big House In Kebayoran Lama Burns Due To An Electric Short Circuit

JAKARTA - A luxury house on Jalan Bendi, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta caught fire. Gulkarmat Sub-dept. officer Mohammad Slamet said the incident occurred on Friday, July 19, at 15.10 WIB.

"It's true, there was a house fire on Jalan Bendi Raya. The cause of the fire was an electrical short," said Slamet in his statement, Friday, July 19.

Slamet said 18 units and 60 South Jakarta Firefighters were deployed. One hour the fire was successfully extinguished.

"At 15.10 WIB received the fire. It was declared that the blackout was at 16.11 WIB," he said.

He ensured that there were no casualties in the incident. However, the loss reached hundreds of millions of rupiah.

"No casualties. Loss of Rp. 300 million," he concluded.
