East Jakarta Police Investigate Confession Of Victims Of Confinement Forced To Sell Kidneys To Pay Debt
The East Jakarta Metro Police are investigating the confession of MRR (23), a victim of confinement and torture at a cafe in the Duren Sawit area, East Jakarta, regarding the threat of selling the victim's kidney by the perpetrator.
"Regarding the confinement of the MRR victim, we have taken detailed information and the results of the statement convey that the victim was asked to pay her debt to the reporter by selling her kidney," said East Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Nicolas Ary Lilipaly when confirmed by VOI, Tuesday, July 16.
East Jakarta Metro Police Satreskrim investigators confirmed that there was a confession that the victims were forced to sell their kidneys by the perpetrators. Even the perpetrator's actions have arrived at a hospital in the Central Jakarta area.
"So it has been done, has gone together to the hospital in Jakarta for how the kidneys can be sold. The examination has also been carried out, but so far it has not been implemented," he said.

Based on the information of the MRR victim, investigators again investigated the motive. Meanwhile, for the torture experienced by the victim, Kombes Nicolas emphasized that the victim was tortured in a cigarette sundut on the body, the perpetrators carried out.
"The victim was tortured in the sundut of his body with cigarettes by the reported parties," he said.
Until now, the case is still under investigation by witnesses. The police also have not installed a police line at the location of the alleged confinement and torture of the victim.
