The Head Of The Tangerang District Kohod Village Was Examined By The Police For 5 Percent Land Acquisition Allotment
TANGERANG - The case of alleged illegal levies (extortion) involving the Kohod Village Head, Pakuhaji, Tangerang Regency is still ongoing. The head of the village with the initials AN was summoned by the police to ask for clarification regarding the 5 percent allotment collected from residents for land acquisition costs.
Tangerang City Metro Police Chief, Kombes Zain Dwi Nugroho said that AN had been investigated to confirm the truth of the allegations.
"All parties including the village head (have been investigated," said Zain when confirmed, Tuesday, June 25.
When asked further regarding the follow-up to the case, Zain admitted that he could not convey it. Because it is still in the investigation stage.
"We are still in the investigation stage. I will inform you later," he said.
Meanwhile, the Head of Kohod AN village admitted that he had been investigated. Even the examination was carried out for 1 day.
"It's been checked) 1x24 hours. I just don't want to tell it. His name is the village head," he said.

Nevertheless, he admitted that he did not know about the request for a 5 percent share of the citizens. According to him, someone dropped him.
"I don't know. It's slander that doesn't dement. I didn't tell," he said
Meanwhile, the head of the local RT, Joko, said that in sending a circular containing a request for a 5 percent share, he was also present. But only accompanying.
"There are many committees. Maybe the only (known) Jarokya (head of the hamlet) with the initials J," he said.
When asked if there was an element of the village apparatus that asked for the circular, Joko admitted that he did not know about it.
"I don't know," he said.
