3 Wild Jukir In Front Of The Istiqlal Mosque Wanted By The Police After Palak, A Tourism Bus Driver
The Criminal Investigation Unit of the Sawah Besar Police has identified a number of illegal parking attendants (Jukir) who asked for Rp300 thousand forcibly to a tourism bus in front of the Istiqlal Mosque, Central Jakarta.
"Three illegal parking attendants have been identified, they have the initials B, R and F. Now in pursuit," said Kapolsek Sawah Besar Kompol Dhanar Dhono Vernandhie when confirmed, Tuesday, June 25.
Until now, investigators from the Sawah Besar Police are still investigating the illegal jukir who often hang out in the Istiqlal Mosque area.
"The bus driver (travel agent) has not made a report," he said.
After the incident, a joint team from the Polsek, Dishub and Satpol PP conducted an evaluation in the future to take firmer action against the illegal jukir of the Istiqlal Mosque.
"We will also take firm action against bus drivers not to drop passengers carelessly. The Sawah Besar Police supports firm and measured action from Satpol PP and Dishub against illegal jukir," he said.
As is known, the incident of the burglary was experienced by a tourism bus driver and an amateur video was recorded. The video was also uploaded by social media Instagram. In the video footage, it can be seen that a number of men suspected of being illegal jukir are standing in front of a tourism bus that is about to park in the Istiqlal Mosque area.

In the video description, it is stated that if the illegal jukir asked the tourism bus crew to pay Rp. 300 thousand for parking costs. If they refuse to pay Rp. 300 thousand, the illegal jukir threatens to break the tourism bus glass.
The burglary in the Istiqlal Mosque area took place on Friday, June 21, 2024. Ironically, not far from the illegal jukirs standing, there was a transportation official car (Dishub).
"Parkers around Istiqlal pay 300 K, and threaten to break the glass," wrote the video caption.
"The tourism bus park in Jakarta is really not safe, it is peppered with the threat of breaking the glass, it is embarrassing in the same class as DKI," wrote the video caption.
