Arrested For Methamphetamine, 3 Ternate ASNs Were Not Detained For Evidence 0.02 Grams
The police did not detain three state civil servants (ASN) with the initials RJA, AFM and MBD who were suspected of using methamphetamine on Jalan Percetakan Negara, Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta, Wednesday, May 22.
The Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indardi, explained the reason why the ASN was not detained. The reason is that when referring to the Circular Letter of the Supreme Court (SEMA) number 07 of 2009, only 0.02 grams of evidence was not detained.
"That the evidence confiscated weighed net 0.02 grams so that the 3 suspects used drugs so that no arrests were made," said Ade Ary when confirmed, Monday, May 27.
The former South Jakarta Metro Police Chief also said that the three ASNs were taken to the Drug Addiction Hospital (RSKO), Jakarta Timu.
"Currently being rehabilitated at the RSKO," he said.
Furthermore, his party has issued a notification letter to the head of the North Maluku Province BPKAD regarding the arrest of the 3 ASNs.
"The PMJ drug directorate has given a notification letter to the head of the North Maluku Province BPKAD," he said.
On the other hand, the investigative team is pursuing the woman with the initials I who is suspected of supplying crystal methamphetamine to the three ASNs.
