Not Strongly Moving, Trucks Carry 5.5 Tons Of Pupuk Back And Overturned In Sembalun NTB
EAST LOMBOK - One unit of dump truck vehicle carrying fertilizer overturned on the incline of the Sembalun tourist road, East Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB).
Head of Public Relations of the East Lombok Police, Iptu Nicolas Oesman, said that the accident allegedly caused by the truck leveraging the police number DR 803 KS was not strong enough to climb.
"The single accident occurred allegedly due to overload," said Mataram, Tuesday, April 16, as reported by Antara.
The truck was driven by Fahrudin (42), a resident of Pringgabaya Village, Pringgabaya District, up to Sembalun carrying 5.5 tons of cage fertilizer from Anggaraksa Village, Pringgabaya District.
"Due to heavy loads, the driver was unable to control the vehicle causing the truck to retreat and roll over," he said.
When the vehicle got to Sembalun, that morning, the condition of the slippery road accompanied by drizzling rain and in this incident there were no casualties. The situation of the flow of transportation went smoothly, the police officers who received the report that morning also went straight to the crime scene.
"In this incident there were no casualties. The dump truck driver survived, only suffered minor injuries," he said.
