Guessing Dino Patti Djalal's Land Mafia Mastermind Besides Fredy Kusnadi
JAKARTA - The land mafia case involving the former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dino Patti Djalal, has finally begun to be revealed. This is because so far the police have named 15 suspects based on three police reports (LP).
"From the disclosure of these three police reports, there are 15 suspects who could be arrested. In each prison there are 5 suspects," said the Head of Metro Jaya Police, Inspector General Fadil Imran to reporters, Friday, February 19.
Of the dozens of suspects, they have different roles. One of them is an intellectual actor in a land mafia case. But again, the matter was not clearly conveyed.
"In carrying out their actions, this land mafia group shares roles. Some act as intellectual actors, some act as parties who prepare facilities and infrastructure," he said.
In fact, said Fadil, there are also parties who act as staff of the Land Deed Official (PPAT) in this case. Then, there are figures who claim to be owners of land and buildings.
"These land mafia groups share roles. Some act as intellectual actors, some act as parties who prepare facilities and infrastructure, some act as figures in the sense of claiming as the owner of land and buildings," he said.

"The fourth is that there are those who act as PPAT staff (officials who make land deeds) and there are those who act as figures who own land certificates," he continued.
Fadil also gave some details about the suspect's identity. This is because one of the suspects is named Fredy Kusnadi. He is the party that Dino Patti Djalal often calls the mastermind behind the land mafia case.
Fredy was arrested at his residence on Friday, 19 February. The arrest was made after investigators found sufficient evidence.
"Especially with regard to FK this morning, the investigation team has made arrests in Kemayoran because 2 evidences of involvement in the land mafia group was found," he said.
However, it is suspected that Fredy was not the mastermind behind the land mafia case. This allegation was based on Fredy's confession when he was secured at his residence.
The statement about the mastermind of the land mafia case is recorded on video footage. It all started when the police tried to persuade Fredy to come to Metro Jaya Police. This is because he had rejected requests from the police.
"Brother, follow us nicely so that it will be good later in the office," said the team of investigators who arrested Fredy Kusnadi in a circulating video, seen by VOI, Friday, February 19.
"Later, all will be with my brother (to take care of it) so it's just one door," said Fredy Kusnadi in response.
Then the police cursed. "Who is your brother?" asked the investigator. And Fredy Kusnadi answered. "I mean a lawyer," he said.
Investigators also provide directions. "Yes, later in the office you will have the opportunity to contact a lawyer," said the investigator.
However, Fredy Kusnadi still insisted on contacting his lawyer. Investigators also assured that later they would be contacted from the police station.
Knowing that his efforts were unsuccessful, Fredy Kusnadi later said that he was not the mastermind behind this case. But other people.
"So, the person who did this, let's say a puppeteer, we already know the person, Lilin Marlina," said Fredy Kusnadi.
Hearing this, investigators said that the person in question was already at the police station. "Coincidentally, Lilin Marlina is already in the office. She is there with a position blaming it all to you, that's why you have to go to the office to tell Lilin you weren't the one who did it," said the investigator.
Knowing this, Fredy Kusnadi finally wanted to go to the police station. "I'll change clothes first," said Fredy Kusnadi.
Meanwhile, this case started when Dino Patti Djalal stated that he had been the victim of house certificate theft on his Twitter account @dinopattidjalal, Tuesday, February 9.
“So that the public is alerted: one more of my family's house has been robbed. Suddenly my mother's house certificate had changed its name in the National Land Affairs office (BPN) even though there was no Notarial sale and Purchase Agreement (AJB), there were no transactions and even no meeting with my mother,” said Dino Patti Djalal.
In his thread, Dino Patti Djalal said that this gang had a mode of targeting the target and then making a fake Residential ID card.
"Colluding with black brokers and obscene notaries and putting up photo-like figures on ID cards who are paid to play the role of fake ID cardholders," continued Dino Patti Djalal.
Dino said that this gang had planned to target his mother's house. According to him, this incident should make the police to move quickly.
