Mastercard Launches Muse Shopping, AI Chatbot Assistant Generative For E-Commerce
JAKARTA - On November 30, Dynamic Yield by Mastercard, a subsidiary of digital personalization and artificial intelligence from Mastercard, announced the launch of a generative AI chatbot assistant named Shopping Muse for e-commerce.
This AI system is revealed through a company blog post. According to Dynamic Yield, Shopping Muse is a "sophisticated generative AI tool that revolutionizes the way consumers look for and find products in a retailer's digital catalog."
A generating artificial intelligence system, such as OpenAI and DALL-E's ChatGPT, is designed to convert daily user commands into text, video, audio, or even computer codes.
In the case of Shopping Muse, users can create demand in simple languages in the context of the online market, and the AI system will produce personal recommendations referred to by Dynamic Yield as matching algorithmic content.
"Personalization provides the experience of shopping according to consumer wishes, and AI-driven innovations are key to unlocking a deep and customized online shopping experience. By leveraging the power of a generating AI in Shopping Muse, we meet consumer standards and make shopping smarter and without obstacles," said Ori Bauer, CEO of Dynamic Yield by Mastercard.
