MAKASSAR - The investigation files of 12 suspects in the alleged corruption case in the construction of Batua Hospital worth IDR 22 billion are declared complete or P21.

Shortly, 12 suspects will be tried at the Makassar Corruption Crime District Court, South Sulawesi.

"Yes, that's right, there are 12 case files that have been declared complete (P21)", said the Head of the Legal Information Section, the South Sulawesi High Prosecutor's Office, Idil when confirmed in Makassar, reported by Antara, Wednesday, November 17.

Of the 13 case files suspected of corruption in the Type C Hospital, which were handed over by the South Sulawesi Regional Police investigators to the Prosecutor's Office, said Idil, one was returned because it was considered incomplete, both formal and material. So only 12 files are P21.

"One file was returned to be completed. The initials are EHS", said the former Head of Public Prosecutor's Office of Parepare City.

Meanwhile, regarding the trial of the suspects at the Makassar Tipikor District Court, it is still scheduled because the suspect has not been received by the South Sulawesi Prosecutor's Office investigator team.

"If there is no trial, later after receiving the suspect and evidence from investigators (South Sulawesi Police), it will be prepared for trial", he added.
