Receiving Money From Doni Salmanan, Reza Arap Was Suspicious From The Start: I Asked "Do You Want It To Be Returned?"

JAKARTA - Reza Arap admitted that he was stressed when his name was dragged into the Doni Salmanan case. He is known to return IDR 1 billion which was given to him by the crazy rich last year.

To Deddy Corbuzier, the member of Weird Genius told the complete chronology. Reza also said he already had a bad feeling when he received the money.

"I asked for his number (Doni Salmanan) and I called. The first question is "Do you want to turn it over or not?" How do we feel about our intuition," said Reza Arap on Wednesday, April 6.

“I mean, it doesn't make sense for 1 billion in some terms, for example, he comes in several streams, once a week, until finally 1 billion makes sense. But this is the first time he gave 1 Billion," he continued.

Then, Deddy asked whether the 1 M had been used by Reza and he immediately said yes.

"I used it for top up games, there are many home needs, employees," he continued.

Furthermore, Reza also explained the reason why he took so long to return the money.

"I never said that. People have money, I have savings," he said.

"It's been returned, done. Why lost 7 kg?" asked Deddy Corbuzier.

"That's what I thought. What the heck is this, I've never had to deal with anything like this before. Yes, I get expectations, don't need to turn them around. Oh, there's hope, this is my money," said Wendy Walters' husband.

However, Reza Arap gave up his savings as a replacement for the Rp1 billion that Doni Salmanan had given him.

"But in the end, yes, this is not my money. I have to return it," he concluded.
