Widows Of Two Children Cut The Face Of Their Ex-girlfriend's Wife Because They Are Often Borrowed Money And Promise To Get Married

Fani Mutiara (24), a widow with two children, was forced to deal with members of the Tambora Police Criminal Investigation Unit. He was arrested for molesting a woman named Rindu Utami (31).

Tambora Police Chief Kompol Putra Pratama said the perpetrator Fani was the ex-girlfriend of the husband of the victim Rindu.

"The perpetrator's motive was because he was annoyed and jealous of the victim, triggering persecution," said Kompol Putra to VOI, Tuesday, September 12.

The incident took place on Jalan Angke Indah, RT 11/01, Angke Village, Tambora District, West Jakarta.

From the statement of the suspect Fani to the police, the husband of the victim with the initials HM (37) is the perpetrator's ex-girlfriend. Even so, HM still often has contact with the perpetrators.

The perpetrator is a resident of Rusunawa Marunda, North Jakarta. The perpetrator was upset because the victim's husband often borrowed money from the perpetrator.

"The perpetrator also promised to divorce his wife (victim) and marry the perpetrator. However, this promise was never fulfilled so that the perpetrator was angry, angry and jealous of Rindu, HM's wife," he said.

As a result of the abuse, the victim suffered lacerations from the lower part of his right eye to the left cheek through his nose. The wound was 15 cm in size and received 25 stitches as a result of being slashed by a cutter knife.

The victim was then taken to the nearest health facility to be given assistance. Meanwhile, the perpetrator was secured by residents and taken to the Tambora Police.

"The suspect is the sole perpetrator. Fani is charged with Article 351 paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code with a penalty of five years in prison," he said.
