Police officers arrested three suspected perpetrators who carried out illegal logging activities in the forest area produced by the Meranti River, in Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra.

The two perpetrators with the initials S were arrested by the South Sumatra Police Sub-Directorate IV Team in Mancang Sakti Village, Muba Regency, South Sumatra while transporting 700 logs and dozens of cubic wood processed of various types on September 5, 2023, based on reports from residents in the area.
After carrying out the development, YS was arrested on September 7, 2023.
