JAKARTA - The Supervisory Board will examine the leadership of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) regarding the alleged violation of the process of dismissing the Director of Investigation of the KPK Brigadier General Endar Priantoro on Wednesday, April 12. The inspection will be carried out in stages. "The clarification has not yet been (today, red). Tomorrow (will be clarified, red) the leadership," said KPK Supervisory Board member Syamsuddin Haris to reporters at the ACLC KPK Building, Rasuna Said, South Jakarta, Tuesday, April 11. Syamsuddin did not specify who the leadership was being examined by the KPK Council first. He only said the five would be questioned. "I forgot for sure, yes, but what is clear is starting tomorrow. In the afternoon (the examination, ed)," he said. Previously, former KPK Director of Investigation Brigadier General Endar Priantoro also reported Firli and Secretary General of the KPK Cahya H. Harefa. This report was carried out in the aftermath of his removal from the position he held. Endar was respectfully dismissed on March 31 after he was returned to the National Police. However, the Bhayangkara Corps member was instead asked to return to the KPK according to the order of the National Police Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo. In addition, he allegedly leaked the investigation documents of alleged corruption at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
