Song Kang Imprisoned In The First Trailer Of The Sweet Home 2 Series

JAKARTA - The second season of the Sweet Home series is confirmed to air at the end of this year. Netflix announced the series will release in early December 2023 or three years since its first season was released.

A trailer released shows what will happen in this second season. We are reunited with the figure of Cha Hyun Soo, played by Song Kang in human form. It is known, he became a monster at the end of Sweet Home's first season.

Cha Hyun Soo looks handcuffed from his neck, hands, and feet and put in a small box. He was taken by several armed forces to a room.

Cha Hyun Soo was surprised when she heard a man's voice. This man laughed at Hyun Soo and asked if Hyun Soo could save herself.

Getting sad, Hyun Soo is doused with red liquids like blood on her body. Then the trailer turns into an outside situation that shows chaos happening and people running.

Lee Eun Yu, played by Go Min Si, is in an underground area after trying to save herself. In addition there are Yoon Ji Su (Park Gyu Young) and Pyeon Sang Wook (Lee Jin Wook) who are in the midst of the chaos.

The trailer ends with the mysterious man's voice to Cha Hyun Soo. He said, "The first experiment against MH-5, starts."

The Sweet Home series is an adaptation of a webtoon of the same name by Kim Carnby and Hwang Young Chan. However, reportedly for this second season, they explored the story so that most likely the second Sweet Home story is a new story.

In addition to several actors who appear in the trailer, Sweet Home 2 is also played by Lee Si Young, Chae Won Bin, and Yoo Oh Sung. They also present a number of well-known actors in their latest season such as Oh Jung Se, Kim Moo Yeol, and Jung Jin Young.

Sweet Home 2 will release all its episodes on December 1, 2023 on Netflix.
