JAKARTA - Inara Rusli and Virgoun's divorce trial with the evidentiary agenda being held at the West Jakarta Religious Court (PA) today, Tuesday, July 18. Both Inara and Virgoun as principals were both absent, both represented by their respective attorneys.

Meanwhile, Arjana Bagaskara as another Inara Rusli attorney, said that Inara could not attend today, and it was hoped that she would attend the trial next week. He said that Inara's presence was important to state written evidence in front of the panel of judges.

"Today he (Ina Rusli) happens not to be able to. Because if it is related to written evidence, for example from a chat, it must be shown the original cellphone, I can't bring the original cellphone, Mrs. Inara. It must be Mrs. Inara herself who is open at trial. It will be next week that she can attend, "said Arjana.

Meanwhile, regarding the written evidence that Inara Rusli will present, Arjana said that her client would present 52 written pieces of evidence. He even said there was evidence that could surprise many parties.

"We want to give you a surprise. But it was postponed, so just wait until we convey it at the trial," said Arjana.

Inara Rusli's attorney reasoned that his party would show genuine evidence at trial. However, first, opening the evidence to the public is considered inappropriate.

"Because regarding the evidence, we must also show the original evidence. So, if we show the original evidence in public, it is also not appropriate. We have to wait for the proof first," concluded Arjana Bagaskara, Inara Rusli's attorney.
