Anies-Muhaimin's Electability Is The Bottom In The Poltracking Survey, AMIN National Team Hopes There Are No Cawe-cawes In The Presidential Election

JAKARTA - NasDem Party politician Ahmad Sahroni responded to the results of the Indonesian Poltracking survey which put the electability of the Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar pair at the bottom. Even so, Anies-Imin's survey is said to have increased compared to before the official registration of the vice presidential candidate to the KPU.

Sahroni assessed that the survey results were not the result of the election which will be held on February 14, 2024.

According to him, there is still about 90 days for the Anies-Imin (AMINAn National Team) National Team to work as much as possible and carry out a more massive campaign.

"Of course this survey does not mean that it will be part of victory in front of our eyes, but at least the figure that is going up is to produce results from the work that has been done in the last few months," said Sahroni in an online discussion on the release of the Poltracking Indonesia survey, Friday, November 10.

However, in this heated political situation, the general treasurer of the NasDem Party hopes that the 2024 election will not be colored by the process of fussyness or interference with power. Especially to the intervention of institutions that should be in a neutral position.

"But in this extraordinary condition, hopefully the first is how the 2024 General Election runs smoothly and safely, there are no more terms of division, there is no longer any connection with the chaotic process that may involve institutions that should be neutral, so they are not neutral," explained Sahroni.

"Well, this is what we hope that the upcoming 2024 election will be a very cool election, not in a condition that involves the structure of the relevant institutions in this Republic," added the deputy chairman of Commission III of the DPR.

Poltracking Indonesia has photographed the electability trend of 3 pairs of candidates after the official registration of the presidential and vice presidential candidates in 2024. As a result, the trend of the Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar pair has increased even though their electability is still at the bottom.

In the presentation of the survey results, the Executive Director of Poltracking Indonesia Hanta Yuda explained that in the simulation of the 3 presidential and vice presidential candidates, Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka received 40.2 percent electability, followed by Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD 30.1 percent, and Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar 24.4 percent.

"The electability trend of three pairs of presidential-vice presidential candidates from September to November 2023, the Prabowo-Gibran pair increased 9.5 percent, the Anies-Muhaimin pair also increased 6.0 percent, while Ganjar-Mahfud decreased by 1.5 percent," said Hanta in an online survey presentation, Friday, November 10.
