The Man Who Was Found Covered In Blood At The Sunday Market Was An Online Taxi Driver, The New Car Was Confiscated By The Perpetrators
The police revealed the body of a man with the initials MS (53) who was found on Jalan Rambutan, the Agriculture office area of the Ministry of Agriculture, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta, turned out to be a victim of theft and murder.
Head of Criminal Investigation Unit AKP Sofyan Suri said the perpetrator initially killed the victim, then his body was thrown at the crime scene (TKP). After that the perpetrator took the victim's car away.
"Yes, murder. Nyuri (stolen-ed), took the car, the car was taken. The person was killed," Soyfan said in a short message, Friday, September 15.
When asked further, Sofyan was reluctant to answer because the case was handled by the Polda Metro Jaya.
"Yes, it's been withdrawn (Polda Metro Jaya)," he concluded.
Residents Witness To The Murder Of Online Taxi Driver
The witness at the scene suspected that the victim was an online taxi driver. According to the witness, it seems that the perpetrator pretended to be a passenger, then in the middle of the driver was executed by the perpetrator.
"The victim was an online taxi driver, so the target seemed to be a car grab. And indeed the car is still new," said the witness, when met at his home, Tuesday, August 15.

The witness also explained that the alleged murder began when he heard screams from outside his house. He immediately peeked out the window and found a car parked in front of his house.
"There was a sound of screaming, 'woah, woah, gubrak, gubrak, gubrak, like a fighter in a car, when he was in the car he was executed. As soon as he didn't speak, he was apparently sent down," he said
The witness suspected that at that time the perpetrator was executing the victim. According to him, the victim was stabbed in the chest and hit the heart.
"He (the victim) seemed to have been killed from behind. I asked the police, 'Sir, where is the wound?'. 'In the heart'. So it's not cut, (but) stabbed," he said.
He revealed that at that time he saw the victim being dragged away until his shoes were released when he was unloaded from the car and dumped on the side of the road.
"The victim was dropped there, dragged. He's the right steering wheel, that's why there are black and black marks, but I've splashed them," he said.
