Today's Court Of Persecution David Ozora, Mario Dandy-Shane Lukas Reads Memorandum Of Defense
JAKARTA - The South Jakarta District Court held a follow-up hearing in the case of alleged severe abuse against David Ozora, today. The agenda is reading a memorandum of defense or plea from the defendants Mario Dandy Satriyo and Shane Lukas.
"Yes, that's right (pleidoi trial agenda)," said the Public Relations Officer of the South Jakarta District Court, Djuyamto when confirmed, Tuesday, August 22.
The plan is that the pleidoi reading trial will take place at 10.00 WIB.
In the previous trial, the prosecutor charged Mario Dandy Satriyo with imprisonment for 12 years. Because Mario is considered legally proven and convincingly guilty in the case of alleged severe assault against David Ozora.
"(Demanding) Sentencing the defendant Mario Dandy Satriyo alias Dandy to imprisonment for 12 years," said the prosecutor
In addition, Rafael Alun Trisambodo's son is burdened with paying restitution of Rp120 billion. If Mario is unable to pay, then, there is an additional penalty in the form of imprisonment for 7 years
The prosecutor assessed that Mario Dandy Satriyo Dandy's actions had fulfilled the elements of Article 355 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code regarding severe persecution with a plan first.

Meanwhile, the defendant Shane Lukas was charged with a lower sentence of 5 years in prison. He is also burdened with restitution payments. However, if not able to be replaced with 6 months in prison.
"If the defendant cannot pay, he will be replaced with imprisonment for 6 months," said the prosecutor.
