Vice President Ma'ruf Amin Asks For Extortion Cases At KPK Detention Center To Be Completely Investigated
YOGYAKARTA - Vice President Ma'ruf Amin asked the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) to eradicate allegations of corruption in the form of illegal levies at the KPK Detention Center. "I agree that it will continue to be resolved and do not let the KPK take action to eradicate corruption, but in itself this (corruption) must of course be cleaned first," said the Vice President, quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, June 27. The vice president emphasized that eradicating corruption must be carried out through a path that is educational and taking action. Therefore, he said, corruption must be eradicated wherever it is, including in the KPK Detention Center itself.
