JAKARTA - The head of the Al Zaytun Islamic Boarding School, Panji Gumilang, seemed unsure about his statement after the examination of the alleged blasphemy case.

Then, Article 45A paragraph 2 in conjunction with Article 28 paragraph 2 of Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning amendments and Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE with the threat of 6 years in prison.

Finally, Panji Gumilang was also charged with Article 156 A of the Criminal Code. In this article, the penalty is 5 years in prison.
