H-7 Toll Road Functional Cisumdawu Operates, Connects Cipali And Bandung

BANDUNG - The functional route on the Cileunyi-Sumedang-Dawuan Cisumdawu (Cisumdawu) Toll Road, West Java, has begun to be opened and can be passed by vehicles on Sunday 16 April or D-7 before Eid 2023.

Sumedang Police Chief AKBP Indra Setiawan said the functional channels that could be used ranged from the Cimalaka Toll Gate (GT) to the Ujung Jaya GT from 08.00 to 15.00 WIB.

That way, the toll roads from Bandung to the Cipali Toll Road have been fully connected via the Cisumdawu Toll Road.

"At the time of the homecoming flow, one direction applies from Bandung to Dawuan Cipali, while when the backflow applies in one direction from Dawuan Cipali to Bandung," said Indra, quoted by ANTARA, Sunday, April 16.

The functional path for the Cisumdawu Toll Road that can be used is only Line A or the route from Bandung which leads to the Cipali Toll Road. While the construction Line has not been fully completed.

Indra reminded users of the Cisumdawu Toll Road if they feel tired on the way, it is advisable to rest in the "rest area" that has been provided.

He explained that the functional route for the Cisumdawu Toll Road has provided an emergency "rest area" located on Line B, precisely at Kilometer 194. The "rest area" is already available by Modilar gas stations, temporary toilets, to minimarkets.

"People who use roads are advised not to take long to rest in the'rest area'," he said.

Even though it has been opened, he reminded the public that the functional route in the Cimalaka-Dawuan section is not 100 percent complete.

"Thus, the road users who pass the route must be careful, maintain speed, not speed, focus on driving, and control vehicles," he said.
