Considering Children, Lady Nayyan Has Not Sued Rendy Kjaernett's Divorce

JAKARTA - Lady Nayyan seems to have the intention of ending her household with Rendy Kjaernett, after revealing her husband's affair with Syahnaz Sadiqah to the public. The mother of three has even appointed a lawyer and signed a power of attorney to take care of her divorce. However, Lady Nayyan is still considering several things before actually suing Rendy Kjaernett for divorce. Timoty Ezra Simanjuntak as the appointed attorney stated that his client was thinking after consulting a divorce suit. The main considerations Lady Nayoan still thinks about are her three children. “ This is still a process, the important thing is the signature of the power of attorney first. Slowly, think carefully about Mrs. Lady, also what the consequences and impacts on children,” said Timoty Ezra Simanjuntak in Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta on Monday, July 3. Regarding the plan to file for divorce, Timoty said that Lady Nayyan had also considered asking for custody and child support. He also believes that Rendy Kjaernett is willing to take responsibility if the divorce does happen. "Maybe it's child custody, later the protection of their child from financing. And of course Mr. Rendy is very responsible, we hope he will definitely be very responsible as a father,” said Timoty.

Meanwhile, Rendy Kjaernett when appearing on Denny Sumargo's podcast, said that he wanted to correct his mistake and hoped that his family could return to normal. Responding to Lady Nayyan's statement that she wanted to divorce, Rendy believed that there was still a chance for her to keep the household. “I know this is difficult. But, whatever Lady's decision, I'm sure there are still opportunities, ” said Rendy Kjaernett.
