So Irupt Burial Of Anumerta Robertus Simbolon, Army Chief Of Staff Dudung: TNI AD Lost One Of The Best Soldiers

KARAWANG - Army Chief of Staff (KSAD) General Dudung Abdurachman acted as Irup (the inspector of the ceremony) at the funeral of the late Serka Anumerta Robertus Simbolon who died as a result of the shooting of the Papua Terrorist Separatist Group (KST), Wednesday, April 11.Anumerta Sergeant Robertus Simbolon, who is a member of the 305/Tengkorak Kostrad Yonif PR Task Force, died after being attacked and a shootout broke out between TNI and KST Papua troops in Titigi Village, Sugapa District, Intan Jaya Regency, Central Papua, on Sunday, April 9 at around 16.00 WIT.The body of the deceased was previously evacuated to Mimika to be flown to Jakarta and buried at the Yonif PR 305/Tengkorak Kostrad Command Headquarters in Karawang, West Java.Dudung expressed his deep condolences and concern for the death of one of the best soldiers of the Indonesian Army in the task of operating to safeguard the sovereignty of the Republic of Indonesia in Papua."On behalf of myself and as the Army Leader, I express my deep condolences for the death of the deceased who is one of the best soldiers of the Indonesian Army, ” Dudung said as quoted from tniad.mil.id.The TNI gave the highest appreciation and respect for the deceased who died for the sake of upholding the sovereignty of the Republic of Indonesia."May the deceased get the best place in the side of Almighty God, and the family left behind will be given fortitude and patience by Almighty God," said Dudung.Dudung also emphasized that his party would take care of the deceased's body to the funeral and fully grant the rights to the heirs of the deceased in accordance with applicable regulations.After being buried at Mako Yonif PR 305/Tengkorak Kostrad, the deceased will be flown to Medan for a funeral procession with a military ceremony in his hometown.To note, the late Serka Anumerta Robertus Simbolon was a graduate of the NCO in 2015. The last position was the late NCO Battalion I/B/305/17/1/Kostrad.
The deceased was born in Sitao-Tao, Samosir Regency, North Sumatra on October 24, 1994 and left behind a wife namedbulta Silalahi.
