Unique Character, Reza Rahadian Doesn't Hesitate To Join A 24 Hour Film With Gaspar

JAKARTA - Reza Rahadian became Gaspar in Yosep Anggi Noen's latest film, 24 Hours with Gaspar. He felt his character in this film was very unique.

"Unik because first of course I have never played a character like this before. Unique because the film world and the world of the story, the characterization that exists in this film," said Reza Rahadian in a 24-hour Press Briefing with Gaspar, in Jakarta, today, Friday, March 8, 2024.

Reza did not take long to consider the offer 24 Hours with Gaspar. He also admitted that working with Yosep Anggi Noen was one of his dreams.

"There is no longer consideration to think yes or no. I am most happy when getting a film where I can talk long with the director about his character," continued Reza.

"I discussed with Mas Anggi but I depend on the scenario. Moving from there. It is important to look at the scenario and ensure that Gaspar's appearance is in accordance with the expectations of the director," explained Reza.

In addition, Reza also feels that his appearance in this film has a different appearance from his previous works.

"Punya look yang mungkin berbeda dari film-film sebelumnya juga. Untuk saya itu sebuah hal yang cukup krusial dan penting untuk bisa menawarkan sesuatu yang berbeda dari sebelum-sebelumnya," ujar Reza Rahadian.

24 Hours With Gaspar tells the story of Gaspar (Reza Rahadian) who will carry out a mission and everything must be done within 24 hours. The 24-hour film with Gaspar will air on March 14th on Netflix.
