Karawang-Bekasi, There Is A Pertalite Mixed With Water: Two Different Modes In One Event

JAKARTA The case of Pertalite mixed with water made gas stations with a series of 34,17106 in Bekasi, as if being the mastermind of the noise. However, after the police conducted investigations and investigations of a number of related institutions, it was discovered that the masterminds of this commotion were directed at the two perpetrators, Nana and Apip, the driver and truck driver selling fuel.

Before detailing the chronology of this case, the police have first determined 3 people, Nana, Apip and a gas station security officer in Karawang, namely Engkos.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Bekasi City Metro Police, AKBP Muhammad Firdaus, told VOI that this case started with Nana and Apip, the driver and truck driver with number D 9538 YB.

Nana and Apip carried Pertalite fuel with a truck of 32 kiloliters (KL) from the Cikampek Terminal Depot. On their way, Nana and Apip offered Pertalite as much as 1,800 liters to Engkos, Karawang gas station security at a price of Rp. 14 million.

Because it was considered cheap, Engkos was willing to buy the fuel from Nanan and Apip. Until finally the fuel that Engkos bought was 1,800 liter, it was lowered to one of the sheep (empty storage rooms).

"Then after the security personnel received the perpetrator's offer, they collected this lever to transfer or transfer from the tank car to the sheep (empty storage room)," explained AKBP Muhammad Firdaus.

Because some Pertalite fuel had been bought by Engkos, the number of doses in the tank automatically decreased. At that time Nana and Apip tricked it by mixing Pertalite fuel with water.

"(Then) Suspect Nana and Apip filled the water into compartment 4 which will later be lowered at the gas station (Bekasi)," he continued.

After mixing Pertalite with water, Nana and Apip continued their journey to Juanda gas station, Bekasi City. There he began to move the contaminated fuel from the truck to the Bekasi gas station bayang.

"They lower pertalite fuel which has been contaminated with water," he said.

Until finally the fuel mixed with water was consumed by vehicle users and the engine failure occurred and then went viral on social media.

The Role And Motive Of The Three Perpetrators

Looking deeper at this case, Engkos, the security guard at the Karawang gas station, is said to have not been involved in the practice of mixing Pertalite fuel with water.

As stated by AKBP Muhammad Firdaus, that Engkos was not involved in mixing fuel with water. Nana and Apip who played a full role in the mixed water fuel case.

"Security personnel (Engkos) are not involved in filling water into fuel cars. Only drivers and assistants (Nanan and Apip)", said AKBP Muhammad Firdaus in a short message to VOI, Wednesday, March 27.

Engkos bought 1,800 liters of Pertalite to be resold to consumers in the hope of making a profit. Because Engkos bought the fuel from Nana and Apip at a price of Rp. 14 million, which he considered cheap.

Engkos hopes that the profit from the sale of 1,800 liters of Pertalite purchased from Nana and Apip can be used to pay off debts.

"Motive to pay off debt," he said.

Likewise with Nana and Apip, both of them have the same motive, namely seeking profit by mixing Pertalite with water, which was purchased by gas stations 34,17106 in Bekasi.

For their actions, the three suspects were charged with Article 40 number 9 of Law Number 6 of 2023 concerning Government Regulation in Lieu of Law No. 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation into Law Amendments to Article 55 of Law Number 2 of 2021 concerning Oil and Gas with a threat of 6 years in prison.
