The chaos of the management of the Indonesian Notary Association (INI) has not been completed, causing turmoil internally and has disturbed public services related to non-communication services.

The issue of this organization is divided into two camps: Tri Firdaus Akbarsyah from the results of the XXIV Congress in Banten and the other camp is led by Irfan Ardiansyah from the results of this Extraordinary Congress 2023 in the city of Bandung.

Director General of AHU, Cahyo R. Muzhar said that his party had made maximum efforts to mediate with the hope that there would be a resolution of problems so that this integrity as a single forum would be maintained.

"At every opportunity, the Ministry of Law and Human Rights also always emphasizes that internal problems within the organization can be resolved internally by this organization, both central and regional management," Cahyo said at a press conference at the Grand Sunshine Resort, Bandung Regency, Wednesday, March 27.

Regarding the dualism, to maintain the neutrality of the government, the Directorate General of AHU as a supervisor and supervisor takes a neutral and impartial stance.

In addition, there are complaints from prospective notaries who will take part in the Notary Code of Ethics (UKEN) and Joint Internship (MABER) Exams which will be held by each of these administrators who are in conflict, the Directorate General of AHU will not recognize the UKEN.

"There are several Regional Actors who continue to hold UKEN, including the West Java Regional Leader and the Central Java Regional Leader based on information through social media that the one who opened the event was the management of Dr. Irfan Ardiansyah, SH., MKn," he said.

"Due to this non-compliance, the Directorate General of AHU took the stance that the implementation of the UKEN was illegal and to the organizers to stop the UKEN and MABER activities on behalf of this organization until the organizational problem was resolved," he said.

"As well as the costs collected from participants related to the implementation of these activities are fully the risk and responsibility of the organizers.

He further said, in the law does not exist, the regulation is in the AD / ART of this regulation, so actually there is no withdrawal from the Ministry of Agriculture such as today's Socialization activities which are held free of charge.

"What needs to be known is that currently many notaries are screaming about financing, this has become a common concern. The association has collected contributions. I have written to this before, if you want to make activities, you can use the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Office, or those in the area using their respective regional offices (Kanwi)," he said.

Cahyo R. Muzhar said, UKEN is regulated in the Constitution, it's just that the name is not UKEN but the Professional Code of Ethics, and the organizers are not mentioned, so according to him the government has the right to organize it.

"This means that we really acknowledge that this organization is important, many great notaries who have given birth to many Deeds, but we admit that we are not Notaries, therefore later their authority will be taken over by the government, but the government can also invite other organizations or institutions so it is optional if the government is about this UKEN," he said.

Meanwhile, Cahyo R. Muzhar asked both parties to lower their respective egos and then a fresh new figure could emerge, so that this organization remains single.

"Indeed, the law regulates a single organization, but that doesn't mean it's absolutely single, we can revise the Constitution, it doesn't matter and there is no problem with foam being made more than one, but both parties want to remain single, at every opportunity they want to be single, but both of them still want to be chairman. Actually it's not difficult to change the Constitution," he said.
