Regarding The Body Of A Junior High School Student Wrapped In A Party Flag At The Pondok Kopi Flyover, The Police Gave An Explanation

JAKARTA - The Laka Unit of the East Jakarta Traffic Unit conducted an investigation regarding a junior high school student who was killed in a motorcycle accident while crossing the Pondok Kopi Flyover, Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta.

It was stated that the accident occurred because the victim was blocked by the party flag which was installed on the Pondok Kopi flyover.

Head of Laka Satlantas East Jakarta, AKP Darwis when confirmed, spoke about this.

"Not (because the flag was blocked). That was by those who happened to pass by, his body was covered with the party's flag," said AKP Darwis when confirmed by VOI, Thursday, January 4.

AKP Darwis said the cause of the accident that happened to a junior high school student and died at the Pondok Kopi Flyover was due to a collision between fellow motorcyclists whose identity was not known.

"(The cause) was because it was related to another driver whose identity was unknown. The motorbike and motorbike," he said.

Please note, the Pondok Kopi flyover is an overpass whose position tends to turn on two roads.

The condition of the number of party flags installed on the Pondok Kopi Flyover made many vehicle drivers blocked by the condition of the road front direction because they were covered by the party's flag cloth.

However, AKP Darwis did not deny the many party flag attributes at the Pondok Kopi Flyover.

"There (it was) full of flags but the reason was not because of the flag," he said.

Until now, the traffic accident case is still being handled by the East Jakarta Traffic Unit Laka. The identity of the victim is also unknown because he is still a junior high school student.

Previously, it was reported that a junior high school student was found to have fallen due to a traffic accident at the Pondok Kopi Flyover, Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta, Thursday, December 4. The victim died at the time of the incident.

According to information circulating, the victim fell because he was blocked by the number of party flags on board the Pondok Kopi Flyover. The victim was found to be still complete wearing a white junior high school uniform and blue pants.

The victim's body bounced from the motorbike he was driving until it got stuck in the iron gap dividing the flyover. The victim's head got stuck in the iron.

Then by residents and other motorists, the victim's body was covered by the flags of the PDI-P Party and the Gerindra Party at the point where the victim was lying down.
