High School Student Breast Robbery Arrested, Claiming Sexual Desire Peaks Seeing Students In School Uniforms

JAKARTA - The Women and Children's Service Unit (PPA) of the East Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit managed to arrest the perpetrators of breast robbery for high school students who were caught on CCTV cameras in the Matraman area, East Jakarta.

The perpetrator was arrested based on the characteristics and license plate number of the motorbike that was caught on CCTV cameras at the time of the incident. From his confession, the perpetrator is known to have the initials PD alias R, a resident of Matraman.

The Head of PPA for the East Jakarta Metro Police, Iptu Sri Yatmini, said that his party had arrested the alleged perpetrator of an obscene act against the victim's child with the initials M (15).

"The perpetrators are residents around Matraman District. The perpetrators are odd jobs," said Iptu Sri to reporters, Friday, December 8.

Based on the suspect's statement, he admitted that his sexual desire peaked when he saw the victim who was wearing a school uniform at that time. So, he was determined to commit the act of sexual harassment.

"The perpetrator has a desire, maybe there is an opportunity. The perpetrator does not know each other with the victim," he said.

Iptu Sri added that an obscene act occurred when the victim came home from school.

"There the perpetrator went through two (turns). Seeing this child being careless, then the criminal act of obscene acts was carried out by the perpetrators," he said.

As a result of his actions, the suspect was threatened with imprisonment for 5 to 15 years.

Previously, it was reported that a high school student with the initials M (15) was targeted by a breast robbery victim while walking by on Jalan Moncokerto, Matraman District, East Jakarta, Thursday, December 7. The victim was the target of sexual harassment when he came home from school.

The incident was caught on a CCTV camera at the scene. The CCTV footage shows the perpetrator riding a motorbike alone passing at the scene while looking for the target back and forth.

When the victim passed by with two of his friends, the perpetrator suddenly approached and immediately blackmailed the victim's breast.

After carrying out his depraved act, the perpetrator immediately fled by driving his motorbike fast. The victim shouted at the perpetrator, but due to the quiet road conditions, the perpetrator freely fled.
