The sacrificial cows from the President vary in weight, from 800 kilograms to one ton.
"All have been sterilized by the regional Livestock Service," said Heru.
"The Presidential Secretariat is cooperating with the Ministry of Agriculture to (provide) the cows and under the control of the local veterinarian," he continued.
The implementation of Eid al-Adha worship and the slaughter of sacrificial animals this year must be carried out in accordance with health protocols to prevent the transmission of COVID-19.
