David Ozora's Father: Restitution Is Not Opportunities Except For The Perpetrators Made By Koma

JAKARTA - David Ozora's father, Jonathan Latumahina, stated that he did not really think about compensation or restitution for his son as a victim of persecution by Mario Dandy Satriyo. The reason is that compensation in the form of money will not be comparable to what has been experienced by David. Except, the perpetrators of the persecution were also in a coma. The statement began when the public prosecutor (JPU) questioned the matter of filing a restitution. Then, Jonathan agreed and said that the matter was submitted through the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK). "From the family side, have you as parents applied for restitution or compensation directly or through LPSK?" asked the prosecutor during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, June 13. "Yes through LPSK," answered Jonathan. However, Jonathan said he did not know about the nominal proposed by LPSK. This is because he only received information that all matters relating to David's rights would be taken care of completely. "The value you conveyed?" asked the prosecutor. "I don't know," replied Jonathan. "From LPSK never conveyed it?" said the prosecutor. "Just telling us when we want to take care of David's rights through restitution, just asking when LPSK therapy was going to take place, how much will it cost and others related to this," said Jonathan. Then, the prosecutor questioned the calculation of the value of the restitution. However, Jonathan did not know. According to him, the value of compensation is not very important because it will not be proportional to all the things David has experienced. However, it would be fair or equal if the perpetrators of the persecution also fell into a coma like David. "Because for me, I don't think about values and others. Nothing is comparable except for the perpetrators being carried out the same, making a coma is only comparable in my opinion," said Jonathan. Meanwhile, David Ozora was persecuted by Mario Dandy Satriyo in front of the Grand Permata cluster complex, Boulevard Kel. Ulujami, Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta, on Monday 20 February 20, 2023 at around 20.30 WIB. As a result of the abuse, David suffered injuries all over his body. In fact, he suffered up to two weeks of injuries. In this case Mario Dandy was charged with committing serious abuse. He was charged with Article 355 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code junto Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code Subsidiary 353 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code junto Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code or to 2 Article 76 C junto Article 50 paragraph 2 of Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection junto Article 55 Paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code.

Meanwhile, Shane Lukas is suspected of being a subsidiary to Article 355 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code Junto Article 55 Paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code and subsidiary to Article 355 paragraph 2 junto Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the second primary Criminal Code with Article 355 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code junto 56 to 2 of the Criminal Code.
