The Head of Health of Daker Madinah, the Saudi Arabian Hajj Organizing Committee (PPIH), Dr. Tfsin Al Farizi, said that as of Tuesday (30/5) there were still 22 Indonesian Hajj candidates who were still being treated at the Indonesian Hajj Health Clinic (KKHI) Medina.
Al Farizi said that since the first day Indonesian pilgrims arrived in Medina, Saudi Arabia Wednesday (24/5) until Tuesday (30/5) there were a total of 86 inpatients at KKHI and 29 outpatients, and five people died.
"From May 24 to May 30, 2023, 29 outpatients and inpatients at KKHI were 86 people," said Al Farizi as quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, May 31.
He said that of the 86 people who had been treated during that period, 45 were declared cured and had been sent back to hotels or groups and 19 people were referred to Saudi Arabian hospitals (RSAS).
"Some are still being treated at KKHI as many as 22 people are still being treated intensively so far. The average treated ranges from three to four days," he said.
He explained that of the 19 people being treated at the RSAS, four had returned home, three had died, and four had recovered.
"From cases that cannot be handled, we refer them to the RSAS," said Al Farizi.
