JAKARTA - Developer and publisher of Game Shiro has announced that the 4X strategy game based on sci-fi novel Frank Herbert, Dune: Spice Wars will launch on the Xbox Series X/S on November 28 for consoles and Game Passes.

Currently, Dune: Spice Wars can be played on Steam and Microsoft Store after leaving early access last September. Set in Arrakis, you must lead your factions and battle for control and dominance over the planet.

"Based on Frank Herbert's innovative Dune universe, you have to lead your factions and battle for control and dominance over the hard Arrakis desert planet," his game captioned Steam.

It can be concluded that you can achieve victory through war, politics, or spying. You also have to explore the planet to find spices, but you also have to deal with sandworms that immediately devoured the army.

"Landscape industry for wormholes or risk losing your squad and spice suppliers into colossal sandworms that will break through the dunes to eat them all," added the developer.

"Disrupt your opponents in combat, do your best through political intrigue, and destroy them with your illusionive spy network," the game concluded.

Dune: Spice Wars features the Conquest Mode and multi-player modes such as 1v1, 2v2 and Free For All. Currently on Steam, Dune can be played at a price of IDR 284.99 thousand.
