JAKARTA – Google will soon add an update to the Pixel Watch app. This update will provide Pixel Watch owners with information when their battery is fully charged.

This update was detected by 9to5google recently. Reportedly, the Google Pixel Watch application will display a notification that their smartwatch's battery has been fully charged.

On a mobile device connected to your Pixel Watch, Google will display a notification saying that your Pixel Watch is fully charged and your Watch is at 100%.

Many Pixel Watch users often charge it for hours, even though their smartwatch only needs to be charged for an hour. This usually happens because the user is doing other activities or is too focused on playing on the cellphone.

With this feature, Pixel Watch users no longer need to worry about leaving their smartwatch abandoned. Users can charge the battery comfortably without having to check their smartwatch constantly.

It is not yet known when Google will release this update. However, seeing as 9to5google managed to try out this new feature even though it hasn't been released yet, it's likely that Google will roll it out soon.

However, keep in mind that this notification can appear if the Pixel Watch is connected to the phone via a Bluetooth connection. When the smartwatch is not connected, of course the user will not get notifications.
