JAKARTA - Personal Computer Maker (PC), Dell Technologies is starting to enter a generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) business race by offering hardware to run powerful models and new platforms.
Dubbed Dell Generative AI Solutions, this tool is intended for businesses that can regulate access to the Big Language Model (LLM) and create a generating AI project.
The company will offer new hardware settings, managed service platforms and computers to run the AI project more quickly.
"AI generatively represents a turning point that drives fundamental changes in innovation speed while improving customer experience and allowing new ways to work," Dell's Vice Chairman and Co-Chief Operating Officer, Jeff Clarke, said on a recent earnings call.
"Customers, besar and small, use their own data and business context to train, refine, and derive Dell infrastructure solutions to incorporate advanced AI into their core business processes effectively and efficiently," he added.

Dell Generative AI Solutions expanded the initial announcement made by the company in May under the name Project Helix, which involves deep integration with Nvidia.
As part of the Dell Generative AI Solutions portfolio, the company also partnered with Nvidia on the infrastructure side. Such as uniting the Nvidia Tensor Core GPU, the Dell company's AI software and data storage together so that the company can run the AI model faster.
Dell will release a new computer with built-in AI capabilities that are claimed to be a small battery-efficient engine, as quoted from The Verge, Tuesday, August 1.
Others, Dell also announced Dell Professional Service, a managed service platform that will help users start experimenting with generative AI models and solving problems once integrated into business.
