Lalahuta Plays Jazz Music And City Pop Through Collaboration With Laleilmanino

JAKARTA - The music group Lalahuta has again colored Indonesian jazz and city pop with a new single titled Radar.

The result of collaboration with trio producer Laleilmanino, Radar tells the story of someone who falls in love with other people, but is limited by the fact that a loved one is owned by someone else.

However, strong feelings and intuition make this person not give up because their togetherness is only dependent on time, because strong radar of love will definitely bring them together. After all, even people who are loved actually have the same feelings for them.

"We aim to make a story; a narrative with a tight ending in every song. Radar is the opening, inviting, and the question: 'I love you, and I love you too," explained drummer Lalahuta Boni Eko in his statement.

"But you (people and their partners) are in a relationship what's next for us besides this cat and mouse game?" he added.

"Because Radar is trying to convince that person that we can become something more than cat and mouse, now the next release will provide alternative results if the relationship turns into something new at all or actually stagnates."

In addition to the promise to bring all the releases together in 2023 narrativeally, Lalahuta has also proven herself to be a band with seasoned musicians who do not hesitate to develop their musical tastes.

Successful in the showcase earlier this year at Lucy In The Sky Jakarta, Lalahuta promised many things that would come through collaboration with Tuantigabelas, The Bakuucakar, and many more.
